If you know TNT and WHK businesses you will know they are not after the same thing. Please try and understand the Solarwinds hack (especially what I wrote on this) and what differences it poses for governments and big and small companies. How would TNT handle hacks vs the WHK way.
Also the growth focus of both companies is very different with TNT buying other companies and WHK building its business by contract sales.
