So the response I got back was that the remaining amount is still to be collected which is normal and part of ongoing contracts.
It was also explained that 3rd and 4th quarters is where more contract renewals occur hence higher collection amounts.
Plus new contracts being raised starting July.
What is everyone's thoughts on this report? I like the flow in contracts coming through but would've like to have seen more collected.
