I agree. WHK a couple years ago seemed to have big potential but as you mentioned quite a few contacts that were pending were lost to other competitors and never discussed again.
The business model as it is is obviously not working its needs to be a model based on reoccurring revenue.
Unfortunately with an imminent cap raise of $2.5 mill this month which looks like it will have to be done under 1 cent the question then becomes who would want to buy now when everyone knows the share price will drop to the cap raise price and with the knowledge another 270 to 290 million new shares will be issued creating more dilution .
