Back in Feb 2015 UST signed a US1.8m contract for 5 years - $30k a month. So basically means UST stopped paying (or reduced their payment significantly without informing the market) - not putting a board member in place was the warning. Just back in Dec 2015 Joe said "we are poised to close our best quarter ever" - full of crap. Good concept but poorly delivered and run by a bunch of amateurs.
