2 things I think you're missing though:
There is also revenue generated from licensing which is $40,000/MW annually or a one time payment of $250,000.
As you say the 29 MW capacity for 2018 is on top of the 8 MW forecast for this year so it would be a cumulative capacity of 37 MW.
Plug both of those into your figures and they will look even juicier.
