Sounds like Sinopec want this first plant up and running now, so they can use it as a showcase to access more govt grants and really get cracking. I don't imagine for one minute they are plowing more and more funds and manpower if they see no future in Kalina driven power. Still, they must be thinking god help us if the next plant takes this long to complete.

All in all, there's much to like in the quarterly - they still think they'll be cashflow positive in the not too distant future, and eventually the overseas deals will start dropping. Hoping for a BUD like turnaround.
