imo, generally speaking - the market is made of liars, cheats and thieves, con men, and Disallowed salesmen.
if you accept that as a first guardian filter, then look at tangibles if they are making progress, or a lifestyles company.

its a casino, and the first roll of the dice is whether you are on board with a floater or a sinker.

sometimes the intent of a business can be genuine, but the commercial realities can be shrouded in unrealistic projections and stage shows.

if a stock is tarnished with distrust, it can erode the sp. And it takes real tangible results to clarify that the company has turned 180 degrees with a new project.

thats a big opportunity to re-rate, or more of the same.

Why the selling, and what do they need to do to restore buyers as seeing a bullish future?
