They have stated they can't do anything with the pot crop until the licence is transferred to the new company.

Could be 6 weeks or could be 6 months, no expected time frame there.

So does that means the first crop was scrapped or what?

Will they have to plant a new crop once licence is transferred?

Will that be another 5 months after licence transfer to harvest?

Very light on real details in that announcement.
