    I don't believe I've read anywhere in their glossies "bookings" being "transactions", is what your suggesting anywhere in their past quarterlies or annuals? I've only found exact mention of "bookings" described as I pasted above..

    Happy to be proven wrong, better yet feel free to call UPD this AM and ask
