SilverlightWpf I take that to mean their is delay in UPD actually earning their revenue. For instance say a 12 month pay TV contract worth $1000 is booked through the platform. Perhaps the pay TV company and UPD agree that UPD's clip, whatever that is but lets keep the 10% assumption, will not be paid until the full 12 month contract is fulfilled. So in this case UPD talks about $1000 in bookings but revenue is only $100 and it wont actually be paid and convert to cash for another 12 months. Of course thats just my assumption and happy to be proven wrong.
