    A few random thoughts:

What are we doing here? We'll we're not starting up a Giros shop. We are starting up a global entity for a global market with a breakthrough disruptive tech that is being globally adapted...DYOR

How good is our tech...it's gold standard DYOR

How good is our board...DYOR...but I havn't seen better. Charismatic, driven, marketing, dilligent, expert, proactive, experienced, personable, steadfast, visionary, co-ordinated

Is it hard to start up a multinational corporation...yes it is

Do they need to tread carefully? Yes they do. And you can't please everyone when you know full well that the space is worth billions and your competition is threatened and massively organised and has already had their artificially protected monopoly come under attack (remembering we are the only Co that has the goods to show that the phoney baloney scam of an audiology industry hat has been ripping off consumers with their scam price gouging predatory consumer behaviour has given rise to the OTC legislation...(presume we don't have too many audiologists as shareholders here praising us but wouldn't be surprised if we had some bagging us...here and on Amazon)

Think we had to give the hearing aid specialists Windex/Sonova a chance to adapt and embrace and give them the first opportunity. In that I point out that we as a start up were able to get 2 of the 5 major multinational hearing aid  manufacturers on board. No small feat. I don't feel they've taken the opportunity to support us (I may be wrong but I don't think so when looking  at industry's submission to the OTC regulatory body. Seems abundantly clear that they are attempting top suppress the spirit of the legislation and I think most here believe that the ann here congratulating Bose  was somehow perceived as sounding deceptive, IMO this has served those that have attacked the board (and I state that this is the first time I've seen anger directed at them as oppossed to praise...since I've taken a position...whether maliciously or innocently) but think this isn't rightful thinking. I think the take away from this ann was that BOD was saying to us (and it is in accord with their previous stated direction that they need larger Co's with much bigger resources to create the wave, so we can ride it. It's not rocket science...it's been stated and I believe it's being overlooked by the impatient who focus on SP way too much (not criticising that...it's human nature)). The game here is much larger than a pissant drop of a few points on our SP with a Co having our aspirations. That's were the focus is and that's where the question is. Can they pull it off? Simple answer. If they didn't think they could they wouldn't be doing what their doing would they? Why would you go to the trouble? Cofounders and Farjoy's investments are aligned with ours. We have a stable T20 and come the time those jellybeans aren't going to be purchasable at discount rates. One ann which takes away the funding concern away...and sparks market sentiment and this stock is going to make the A@M run look placid...IMO ... but think about it carefully again DYOR

The share market macro has been sheet across the board due to geo political instability and there has been a flood of money moving into safehaven stocks. Doesn't require much analysis...it's global front page news. However seeing a nice little bounce on the major indices last few days and volatility index (for what it's worth and it's not a lot...seems to be retracing) so hopefully we're heading out of the correction as I notice that as of yesterday Trump is sharpening his pencil to cut a deal with China (but it's Trump...so only God knows)

After giving audiologists the opportunity to embrace our product NUH have now changed tact and are gearing their sights towards those industries that WILL embrace our vision and our high quality products. That's where our current state of play is right now.  I think I'd be backed in saying I never trusted the audiologists...I really can't be bothered going back and quoting my own posts...but if anyone's keen try advance searching my tag using catchwords such as parasites snakes oligopolists monopolists gougers and the like...sure you'll find something there to entertain.)

We are no longer a one product Co and we have two out ther and a 3rd ready to go with a 4th in development. Multiple income streams broadening over time.

Agree IQ buds as a first gen product probably need an update (maybe change of colour and and chip or BT upgrade. Nothing major just a freshener although have no idea if that's an expensive process and if so then best wait until we got the spare.

We come to year two of business around April 2019 as shipping of IQbuds started in earnest around April 2017. You reckon we're not doing ok considering Boosts have only been shipping what?...6 months? and we're still working the deals on Lives? I mean really? Not a tad overly ambitious guys? Seriously? Each to their own on that one...but I'm good!

OEM deals for the Lives...our "leasure" broad consumer product that we have no reviews on yet but we know the spec details fairly well and what they look like. The aesthetics are the bomb and given the specs with DYNAMIC sound (that's key if anyone's not picked up on it meaning the speakers aren't tailored to augmented hearing their tailored to best sound for leisure/streaming activitiy for the global audience of normal (not afflicted) hearing ranges which is the major part of the entire herables market...e.g.the Airpods/Jabra/Jaybird/B&O end of the quality sound market). We have no idea what the form of OEM deal/s might be...whether exclusive or whether with multiple parties. We have only a couple of sound bytes to speculate upon...50-60K outlets...and NUH site change of "pre-order" to "in developmen". That's the sum of it it really. Then we see that Samsung article about patenting a new name and notice MS don't have their own brand of wireless earbuds. Ohhh and let's not forget the Chinese and Indian phone brands/manufacturers/Telco deals etc.  And here we are seeing Bose manage to fast track their OTC application although I'm still unclear if their OTC approved or just category 2 FDA approved...siggggh ...keep forgetting...no biggy really...and like I've said before Bose has to keep up with so many different product lines. That being the case I'm confident with our in house sound gurus that in terms of sound quality there isn't going to be anything between the big sound brands like Bose & B&O and the Lives. Further the Lives have exclusive active noise isolation and their going to be way more affordable than the perceived premium sound names mentioned. Also believe they will be superior to  proposed Gen 2 Airpods but that's just an opinion mainly based on the in canal versus over canal configuration of the Lives and the Airpods. Then you have those like me that won't touch Apple due to their own price gouging and purposeful obsolescence policies, Another thing while on the OEM topic. Does it mean we will be excluded from selling our own brand or does it mean we're ok to run our own? Make sense why their is a vaccum of information on point? Sheet gets complicated and deals have to be negotiated and drawn up. So the whole OEM thing really is a major shift in direction. Take it a step further...any reason why we can't create  our own exlusive NUH lines and develop a multitude of OEM designs as market opens up? Does that maybe gel with prior statements mentioned by Justine that one starts in one direction and then new opportunities come into vision...or something like that...wasn't it? If so,,,one needs to be nimble and nimbler than us? Well I can't see anyone in the field that can match us there.

Remember why Noah felt that Doppler failed?...focusing on hardware rather than software? Notice what our IP costs are? Notice Justin's maentioned paid software licensing featured services a number of times? Whole other stream or possibly multiple streams of additional revenue...hmmmm?

What's happening with Melbourne Uni hearing disabled studies...stemming from initial research by our Curtin Uni genius bank of hearing specialists If that facet eventuates (see 12 above) what do you reckon that's worth as a revenue stream. Forgotten about that have we? Think about it...yeap think about the IP...think about it alot.

Is the journey ahead hard? Sure it is...and our investment strategy is always going to be tested by Mr/s Market but it's not like we havn't been short of cash before and it's not like we havn't all rejoiced once we were funded for the next step. It's always going to be the case until we know that we're past that issue. Most businesses even Giros shops take a couple of years to start showing a break even...so you know this venture is slightly more complicated slightly larger and has more cogs and wheels than that.

Anyway all this talk of Giros...getting hungry and havn't had one for a while...easy on the garlic sauce though...it's Saturday!
