This result was largely driven by the successful launch of IQbuds BOOST in May 2018 and the subsequent stock out of this product in June. The lack of availability of IQbuds BOOST stock early in the reporting quarter and the ensuing ability to receive payment for product shipments then made in the latter part of the quarter, impacted these results.
Receipts for the BOOST launch were in the last report. By the time new product was manufactured and sold, the receipts were not able to be received in this quarter.
And it does appear that the BOOSTS launch slowed sales of IQBuds.
A low result for the quarter. Seems we will have to wait longer for the upswing in BOOST sales.
IQBuds are a failure. IQBuds Boost getting no traction. IQlive will be low margin product so must have critical mass.
Just another "good product" that cannot be commercialised. A niche market product.
Have met Justin Miller a couple times and each time 'avoids talking about sales'...well its because he and his team has achieved nothing in sales. Loves talking about "oh what a great product blah blah blah...how I have a vision blah blah blah...oh this is the market blah blah blah". Truth is no investor cares about this. Last 12 months Nuheara has not achieved anything.Well they have achieved capital raising and dilution to the share registry.
My bet would be another capital raising within the next 3-4 months. Reason will be "oh we need more money to expand".
My challenge to Justin Miller would be "why don't you put in say $2-3m of your own money and buy the stock". Justin loves to talk so do the walk...put your money where your mouth is. You have your existing NUH shares issued for free.
