    yep but the trouble is how long do they have before the others catch up? Sellers are making the point that in their opinion nuh needed to have more traction by this point in time for the first mover advantage to be a true advantage. buyers obviously make the judgement that their technological superiority will last a good while longer. That is a real punt imo as the giants like apple etc have been working on this for a while.

    kicks you cant be meaning to say that you think they (apple etc) will NEVER catch up to NUH in terms of tech superiority? that would be a mighty big call. So, if we accept that at some point they will catch up to the tech superiority of nuh then it becomes a race for nuheara to establish itself, become self funding AND get some market share. Otherwise they fail.

    It seems a reasonable view that they have run out of time to do this based on the lack of traction indicated by the latest quarterly, the loss of the nhs deal (with a POSSIBLE new deal tba) and the problem of getting sufficient funding going forward. It isn't necessarily the CORRECT view, (who has a crystal ball?) but it is at least a coherent and rational viewpoint on the available information.
