    I agree - we're undervalued and things should improve from here.

    I think the 4c was somewhat misunderstood by some, but that's just my take on it.

    It's a decent buying opportunity as it stands today and the upside is within reach.

    A lot of the heavy lifting has been done and C10 will be paid off today.
