Note 4 on page 6 says "Includes $495k in DTC marketing spend.

So I guess they are carving out a specific marketing campaign on DTC only to come up with there over 2x.

Does that mean they just cut all the other general marketing and advertising? Don't you still need to pay people to review on youtube, attend events, market NUH generally?

Seems a tad unreasonable to suggest that you can get 2.5x return on advertising when you only carve out DTC as the cause of Max sales.
