Up to now they are though maybe a nibble @ 1.8 will bring on some action though needs to get > 2.1 to show strong sentiment change IMO...
Maybe that pump'n'dump guy will return so watching for the 30mil buy order way down in the MD to boost the numbers that was placed previously and yesterday as well...
