Nah, I don't believe TEP is a pumper. His initial posts on CXZ were "pump-like", in the sense that he only talked about the positives, while ignoring the warning signs. After a few risks were pointed out, e.g. declining sub guidance to 58k subs, directors' past history of dumping stock, he's now clearly taken on a more measured tone and appropriately points out that CXZ is not without risks. Folks can miss warning signs. People make mistakes.
An actual pumper would've never backed down from their wildly optimistic, rose coloured views, and labelled any criticism as downramping or manipulation. One should take a look at Brainchip forums posts during the early run up, if they want to see what pumping looks like.
