For some reason the search for some non-exec directors doesn't fill me with much hope or excitement.
Need a 100% dedicated CEO with industry connections and experience, a growth mindset and significant skin in the game (further dilution for existing shareholders but will be worth it).
A couple of non-exec directors really wont add any value here (except maybe helping us sign a CEO).
