Based on the latest quarterly, and yesterday's close @ 1.4c share price, the EV for CXZ is circa $9.5M. In a booming market, this has to be one of the most underperforming technology stocks in the world, not just the ASX!!
I personally suspect GM will continue their contract (the decision would have already been made given it's 7 months to expiry?). Large multinationals move slow and don't let contracts run out with a short runway to transition to something else.
Management and Board are the problem here. Three CEOs resigning in the past 3 years says plenty. Change is needed to turn this around.
