I think Aaryn being appointed permanent CEO is the most likely outcome. He hasn't shown the market the progress that is taking place behind the scenes (other than what is in the quarterly updates) because of the risk of showing his hand of cards to competitors.
But I guess what matters most is not what investors have seen but rather whether the company's employees and the board like what they are seeing from Aaryn on a day to day basis on the ground that matters the most. From what I have investigated, strong and steady progress is being made on initiatives such as the white label product and in further strengthening the GM relationship.
What I'd like to see is the new US Sales exec be primarily compensated by taking a proportion of new sales rather than a cushy base salary, and I expect that to be the case.
