    Nah. Paying $12million of shareholders cash upfront to buy 12 months on exclusivity. Useful life of 1 to 2 years before the servers depreciated to zero and obsolete. how does a business get a return and payback to justify a $12m outlay (plus god knows how many $millions on marketing and data centres and operations)
