sometimes stocks are flat or down for years before things turn around. I know it's not a popular school of thought anymore but I try to invest for a minimum of 5 years. If you look at that sort of timeframe, leaving things alone for 5 years, it forces you to really have some conviction in what you buy.

You need to invest in the business, not just buy the shares. Investing in the business means asking the company questions, reading all the announcements etc. Buying shares is just something anyone can do on their phone etc. simple difference but a meaningful difference in outcome.

I think that even if CXZ re-signs GM there isn't going to be the rerate that is discussed on these threads. The investment risk attached to only having 1 customer would stop plenty of purchases from larger investors. The upside to CXZ is that they are profitable and in a space that is growing and hasn't really defined where the limits are. I like the possibilities for CXZ but I don't know enough so my holding is only small. I am really interested in what can be done with the way that cars will have lots of data available for collection via internet connection...

Some of the guys that are in the startup stage of things are building really interesting platforms for all that data from cars so I'm sure that CXZ will find itself with new avenues to grow it's exisiting business. It's a really interesting place to be right now.
