Nobody can see the future, just gonna share some additional information on the job posts:
- At least 3 head counts and possibly more, which represent at least a 30% bump to their tech team
- Salary on offer is on par with market, 110k - 130k + stock options
- Recruiter says the team is on the cutting edge of AWS, and it does sound like so
I'm not interested in working for them because the salary is far below my current, but it does sound like they are very optimistic about the company's current financial situation and future prospect. Otherwise they would not budge more than half a mil more just for the tech team in the next FY, which is more than half of their going rates of Npat.
Rerate/risk, who knows.
