Generally customers do not need to know about the skills of the development team. Their contract is with the company to deliver X by date Y, the company's responsibility is to fulfil that contract. If a customer starts getting into a development team's CVs, they might as well employ their own internal team. Indeed there are very good reasons for keeping the internal team private.
