Very interesting little bio. Looks to have a nice comfortable moat, now into its Phase IIb, successful results from which seem more than likely, SOI of only 120 million and obviously a very low MC.
Cash on hand at end of Q1 should see the company through to the end of its trial period by which time if there is no partnering from a large pharma or T/O a CR will be required. I see the directors have significant skin in the game (heads and oppies) and substantial shareholders have about 25% of SOI
Market Capitalistion 19.3M 1 Shares Outstanding 120.4M
Given the likely success of PIIb if investors are in for 12 to 18 months the SP should see a significant rise end 2021/early 2022.
The only drawback is the science is a little boring but a near guaranteed rising SP is not.
