What are people's thoughts on the votes? I'm leaning towards no to res 1, but yes for the 2 and 3.
I bought in thinking they have their lending facility but probably wouldn't take up the whole $15m and no dilution. Now, if 1 passes, not only do they take the full $15m but also massive dilution of ~50%. Slightly disappointed for them to change it.
But on the other hand, buying equity is a sign of confidence. But I feel like even if it doesn't pass, since it is a family business, they will still lend to the business to keep it afloat
