Similar to the other shares we both own (3DP and HTG), I think IHR will be a ripper in the medium and long term.

It is certainly growing it's ARR nicely, and the increase in ARR should start to snowball over time.

I really like the fact that IHR are largely focussed on "taking complete care of" a companies staff members once they have been employed.
