I think if you value Damstra at 2 times ARR for F21, it seems to be relatively close to the current market cap.
some of the tech companies are valued at 4-5 times sales which puts Damstra on the defensive side for valuation on this metric alone.
for Damstra, if they announce material contracts with major businesses in the next 6 months, we should see the market cap jump to 400-500mil. When they announce consistent cash generated from operations, I think you are looking at 650-700mil company.
they have some tail winds as well from higher compliance and safety requirements for companies which sees Damstra as an attractive proposition for boards/executive teams to adopt their solutions.
at the current price you should target a $2.50 price in the next 3 years.
