Value is the no of shares on issue multiplied by share price
- At time of $2.20 per share the number of shares on issue was 139m shares on issue
- $305m MC/valuation

44m shares were issued as part of the VLT acquisition
- 183m total shares on issue post VLT acq with current share price of $1.08
- $197m MC/valuation

To achieve the $305m valuation, share price would be around $1.60-$1.70
