I do however agree, spending is out of control. 50% increase in marketing for only a 10% increase in revenue. Revenue only just covered the marketing spend...

Bringing in lots of new hires that we cant afford as still burning through cash.

I've said it before and I'll say it again... Justin needs to step down and bring in someone who knows how to run and grow a business. His repeated failures are getting tiresome.
