what an amazing turn around it has been in the 12 months since then. NUH has seriously improved and had restored my optimism that this is a potential billion dollar company.

but then this 4c shows that they've slipped back into their old habits of over spending. continual raising to keep the lights on is not the recipe for long term growth and stakeholder satisfaction but it looks like that's the pattern which we are doomed to repeat over and over
