That explains why the price didn't increase after the pretty good guidance was issued.

Anyone else think they should have announced the Newmont loss earlier? They state that the drop in ARR is largely due to that and it has decreased 15% on Q4, which is pretty huge and a shock for me who casually follows this stock.
They felt it was necessary to announce the NBN extension recently which was worth about 1m in ARR but when they lose close to $5m ARR it isn't worth announcing. Makes it hard to trust management.

Though I don't hold so I would like to hear the thoughts of holders.
