They will need to define "Active Traders" as an investor who places an order once a quarter is not active! It should be defined as an investor who trades at least twice a month, that's a buy and a sell for example.
They also should have breakdown the revenue into interest, membership and trades. then it is easy to assess how many "paid" trades have been placed.
