I beg to differ re the wheels turning slowly when it comes to Covid. If this was the case then there wouldn't have been emergency use approvals for experimental vaccines that don't work. The wheels will be greased lightening if and when the RAP team get emergency approvals for testing...I am tipping an accuracy rate of > 85% (if indeed it works). Then you will see wheels turning...they will look like they are not turning they will be moving that fast!
