    “It is my opinion that the Nexus A9 as specified in the request does not fall within the scope of claim 1 as a matter of normal interpretation, nor does the Nexus A9 vary from the Patent in a way that is immaterial. Accordingly, it is my opinion that The Nexus A9 does not infringe under Section 60(1)(b) of the Act.”

    Positive outcome for the integration of the tech into the UK. Hopefully with the recommencement of AFL / NRL / UNION seasons here in Australia, and the BUPA trial going live it can start to generate some customers & revenue.

    Fingers crossed - SP aside (which is sucking) I really like the product and think there is massive upside if they can get it right.
