I agree on the ATEN deal point, and news should be this month as per last report.
Usually consolidations do go backwards, but VPR results are tracking well, and we are cashflow positive, so I don't think it would go backwards in this case.
Even with an ATEN deal announced, I wouldn't expect much SP increase due to the ludicrous price/SOI.
