I wonder if volt may be taken private and delisted.
somebody else said the ceo runs it like a private company, and volt now looks well positioned going forward. revenue and profit growth.
if it doesn't need access to capital via the market, then not much point it being listed.
may as well save the admin costs associated with maintaining a listing, and all the reporting and governance headaches.
