    That conference call was a joke. The board is definitely NOT confident in the company taking off or they wouldn't have taken the first offer presented to them. Tony didn't even mention shareholder concerns when he finished up the call. He just indicated he had a busy few months - before he thinks he is going to be able to cash out. I should have pulled the pin a long time ago
