thank you for posting...listened intently ...past share price led to this inadequate proposal ala Keating..Reason for poor share price was due to investors judgement of the board..its inadequacies and incompetence, that was the treason in my mind for the poor share price , despite good announcements.
The backflips, poor communication, lack of commercial and business experience all contributed to poor share price...Nothing wrong with the product, in fact exposure world wide for what it could do was unbelievable. Hence when recommendation gets voted down i can only see board to go down as well. Keating was questioned on that aspect and was not very positive, in fact i thought his whole conference was a big downer...Great to hear all SH voice a big NO to him.
