My belief is that businesses often need a different type of leader at different stages of development: start up phase/ commercialisation phase/ operational phase. The person who is good in the commercialisation phase is a wheeler dealer who knows how to get sales and commercial agreements. They are never off the phone to customers and are happy to do a deal to get a sale across the line. They are often hopeless in the start up or operational phase. ResAppDx needs a very good person who can get more and more commercial deals over the line - particularly in Asia and Europe. ResApp needs to sign deals, deals, deals.
Yesterday's pitiful quarterly shows the current mob can't do it and they have thrown in the towel and are now looking for a way out.
