One point that's been previously raised here before is that typically when there's a t/o offer the s/p holds at the price offered or just below due to the buying entity gathering up the shares. Seems odd that's not happening here, or is it?
Always bothered me the Covid-19 testing results being Announced in Conjunction with the P offer. Just can't understand managaments thinking here, why not ann the test results earlier.?
