There’s no registered IP around LOAD and EVPS that the Co has ever disclosed.
If memory serves those technologies are licenced - I read the patents some time ago - I thought they looked to be good tech from memory. Based on solid research by good research groups. I suppose they'd go back to their owners in the event of licence terms not being met (if that happens) and the owners could re-licence them.
Combining related IP into a more general solution was in my opinion a good idea. But perhaps the company has been ahead of its time, tried to expand to quickly on too much sizzle and insufficient sausage and then COVID hit it hard when it was lacking a bit of focus and overstretched I am not barracking for Ex1 not to work I don't want to write be perceived as writing its obit yet.
The need for cash though seems like a very substantial challenge. I think it would be pretty impressive if Ian Dixon can get this going again from here.
