They just need to cut all the silly stuff like HK trading, crypto, etc. Write it down to zero. Focus on OZ and USA trading and redo the app to copy the standard style of watchlist, trading from comsec / stake. Cut all the extra staff from all the silly Social trading stuff that nobody cares about. Offer interest on USA cash accounts and Australian ones, even if it's just 2% and watch the money roll in.
Sadly, i won't be CEO and turn it around in about 6 months ...
