Going to be a tough next few months at SPA. They need to bring in some additional revenue ASAP. Either through the school's business, continued expansion of the watch / MVNO, or successful launch of a premium app.

Having just completed a CR in Dec of last year, and left the shortfall offer open until early Feb, there will be little appetite to go back to the market to raise further funds (especially when the PURE options would reset anytime further shares are issued).

For those leaders that are motivated / excited when presented challenges, this will be quite a challenge to overcome. Is Simon a one-trick pony that got lucky at Nearmaps, or is he able to drive change fast enough to turn this ship around?
