My point is that any betr/BET agreement has differed from what was agreed, and not in BET’s favour.
E.g.
* $15M more was paid to Tripp than was agreed by shareholders
* Agreement was altered so that BET contributed $2.5M to betr’s purchase of texbet (and in return the max revenue cap would be lifted )
* But don't worry, betr is committed to at least pay BET $8M p.a. for 10yrs, unless they don't want to.
