Looks it - from what was said in the recent presentation. Atomo did not commit to confirming that they would reapply via the TGA, which leads one to think that the process is both timely and costly.
While I don't think it would've been a total surprise, it certainly would've been disappointing. Especially, considering that they had spoken about having a 'go to market' strategy ready.
It would be good to have some of these US leads eventuate into something substantial. Atomo again noted that there was growth/potential there, but that any announcements were 'months' away. This has been the messaging for some time now.
