Mr Kelly's salary seems to be on the higher end of the range.
The average base salary for small-cap CEOs typically ranges from $300,000 to $600,000 per year, according to a google search.
I was annoyed they had Will Souter from the beginning. His Salary was too high for what he did.
Only choice is to vote at the next AGM to keep his salaries where they are.
Not happy days.
