respect for how you manage your own show, and I agree it seems to be a similar approach taken by Hank.
what grabs my attention every time we have received reports is Hank's attention to detail and the results he gets when managing agreements. the repayments schedule on the Eigas for example. though it looks like Ferryman's might have driven a harder bargain. his financing arrangements and the networking to open doors with good words. All going so smoothly.
of course we all get that nagging suspicion: is this too good to be true. I've been caught a few times in my early experience. yet each time the same now-typical succinct and professional list of completions of steps, all mapped out, and next steps forward over 2 years.
have you, or anyone here, ever come across a boss as clued up and capable as Hank?
