If NYR announce a fully funded Phase 1 trial pre-market then it's pretty obvious there would be a trading halt.

I'll spell that out for you BennyBoy.

Nyrada only get a fully funded Phase 1 trial if someone steps in to fund it.

It will either be the precursor to a JV or a significant scrip exchange.

That makes it a Trading Halt situation

If you think the SP will then be the same on re-opening as it was on a TH close, then you are not only a very strange individual, but also one that has no idea of anything to do with investing.


As for entry point - I really don't know how 'dumbed down' I need to make this so even you can comprehend.


I have no interest in buying in at the current situation.

There is little cash free in the NYR kitty to even enrol for a Phase 1 trial, let alone conduct one.

If Walter Reed cannot replicate the result in a mouse that NYR achieved in Australia, then NYR are finished. Kaput. Gonski.

The risk of the IND failing is still real.

Nyrada are still 8-10 years away from even considering a BLA. They cannot self fund this journey so either need the greatest JV of all time or they get taken over.

The RRR is dreadful as things currently stand.

However - announce a JV to fully fund and complete a Phase 1 trial and the RRR improves out of sight.

After that trial, if successful is when a T/O will happen.

I will buy in upon an announcement of a fully funded Phase 1 trial - as will many other investors.


I know you will reply with the usual pointless rubbish, so this post is for the NYR holders who aren't fully across the FDA process (why they invested in a Spec Bio-Tech without understanding how the FDA works in the first place is a mystery but each to their own).
