    ReRead the last announcement .. JG changed all the legal requirements as per ASIC governance..
    He got more institutional funds on our register.
    Had more than 1 partner lined up post results
    Cut expenditure ( moved from Toorak)
    List can go on and meet on ..

    now to your question
    At that stage PER were in a position to help finance the extended drug usage
    However when the 6 month results were published
    Epircusen was a failure .. and showed no efficacy.
    Simple as that ..
